Information System Design

Every business is composed of closely related parts or subsystems glued together and functions as the business information system, be it a small sole proprietorship where information must be synchronized between Orders, Sales, Purchases and Payments receiveable, or a large multi-national corporation that must synchronize operations between geographically separated locations and departments.

Information System Evaluation

The answer to the following questions is a good starting point in evaluating your information systems needs.
  • Is the current system meeting all operational requirements?
  • How does the current system meet clients' and end-users' needs?
  • Is the current system stale and not abreast with computing and information technologies?
  • Is migration from hard-copy pre-printed forms to soft fillable forms required?
  • Is automatic data syschronization required between departments?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, or you are simply setting up a business system, Y.I.T.S can help to evaluate your specific situations to ensure the following:

  • All business entities are well defined and documented.
  • Relationships within and outside organisation are built in and well established
  • Customers, business associates, and end-users needs are met
  • All form and report layouts meet your business needs.
  • Data and information flow seamlessly between all departments, and between the company and external entities.
